The HPE FlexNetwork 5130 EI switch series consists of 7 gigabit ethernet switches that support static and RIP layer 3 routing, IPv6 forwarding, diversified services as well as provide four 10-Gigabit Ethernet (10GbE) interfaces. Unique Intelligent Resilient Fabric (IRF) technology creates a virtual fabric by managing multiple switches as one logical device, which increases network resilience, performance, and availability while minimizing operational complexity. These switches provide gigabit ethernet access and can be used at the edge of a network or to connect server clusters in small scale data centers.
The HPE FlexNetwork JG933A is the 4G SFP 4SFP+ model in the 5130 EI line and is easily rack-mountable. The HPE FlexNetwork JG933A has 16 SFP 100/1000 Mbps ports, 8 SFP dual-personality ports and 4 SFP+ fixed 1000/10000 SFP+ ports. This switch also features 2 power supply slots (power supplies sold separately).
