Module slots may be filled with 3rd party generic blanks. Switches may be HP (grey) or HPE Aruba (black).
These HP power supplies have a known issue where after power cycling, the power supply will not immediately register with the switch. After a 5-10 minute wait, the power supply will be registered and the switch will power up. This issue does not impact the functionality of the switch. If your switch is not booting up immediately after a loss of power, please wait 5-10 minutes for the power supply to be recognized and the switch to power on. If the power supply does not register after this time and your switch does not power back on, please reach out to us. This issue applies to when the switch is manually unplugged as well, the same wait time will resolve the issue.
We ship all products according to manufacturer specifications. If the manufacturer does not include an option as standard with the product (power supply, fan tray etc) we do not either unless specifically stated. If you are have questions regarding what is included with a product, please contact us.
